Harry

Harry Edward Styles (also known as Harry Styles in the music world) is an British composer and vocalist. Harry Styles was one of the original members of One Direction. He was born in Holmes Chapel (Cheshire), England 1 February 1994, he is the son of Des Styles, and Anne Cox. Harry Styles, a former student at the Holmes Chapel Comprehensive School formed a group called White Eskimo along with three other students. They were the winners of the Battle of Bands in 2009 due to their impressive performance. Although he has been a fan of music, he also wanted to be an attorney or the profession of physiotherapist. While working at the city's baker, Harry Styles was able to provide for his family. Harry Styles auditioned for The X Factor in 2010, and was a part of Is not She Lovely, the Stevie Wonder song. He was chosen. Because of this, the group he was in had to be split. Following the audition on The X Factor the jury Nicole Scherzinger suggested that Harry Styles be part of the band to be dubbed One Direction along with Liam Payne Zayn Malik Niall Horan and Louis Tomlinson. Simon Cowell sponsored the young group in the year 2010. The band of five was backed by Cowell, and they performed Kelly Clarkson's My Life Would Suck without You and Bonnie Tyler's Total Eclipse of the Heart. The group was among the most competitive groups in the contest. However they were in third place just behind Rebecca Ferguson and winner Matt Cardle. Harry Styles did not receive any cash prize. However, Cowell offered a 2-million-pound deal to One Direction in order for the group to join Syco Records.
