
Kellita Smith is an actress and performer who has received numerous awards. She recently returned to Chicago to host WTTW's original documentary DuSable to Obama, Chicago's Black Metropolis. Smith is known best for her part in The Bernie Mac Show's Wanda McCullough. Her birthplace was in Chicago and has been performing for over 20 years. In addition to her appearance in The Bernie Mac Show for more than seven years, Smith has held recurring roles on CBS Nash Bridges; UPN Malcolm & Eddie; FOX Televisions Martin and the WBs Jamie Foxx Show; Sister, Sister; and NYPD Blue. The most recent films include Roll Bounce, a Fox 2000 Film; King Ransom with New Line Cinema; Fox Searchlight Kingdom Come starring Whoopi Goldberg; Marimax The Crossing Guard with Jack Nicolson directed by Sean Penn and New Line Cinema House Party 3.
